Daizen

Daizen (ダイゼン, Daizen?) is one of the 10,000 players who were trapped in «Sword Art Online» and the Head of Finances of the «Knights of the Blood» guild.

Appearance

Daizen is a fat man with short, black hair[1] who walks with a waddling gait and has a round face.[2] He wears a metal[1] white and red KoB uniform[1][2] and, according to Kirito, it would be impossible to find a person less suited to wearing it.[2] In the light novel series, Daizen is said to speak with a sort of heavy accent.[citation needed]

Personality

Daizen is a very profit-minded individual who would turn any event, like Kirito's duel with Heathcliff, into a money-making financial gain to the guild.

Chronology

Aincrad Arc

Daizen is seen selling tickets to spectators for this duel. He organized the duel on the 75th Floor between Kirito and Heathcliff in Collinia, and charged admission to the Colosseum. Over a thousand spectators came, and the Knights of the Blood made a significant profit from the event.

Daizen was logged out after Kirito defeated Heathcliff, prematurely clearing the game.[
